How to order a taxi online?
• Download the application "Onlaýn taksi" from Google Play or App Store and install it on your smartphone.
• Enter your contact phone number.
• Enter the exact pick-up address and destination, or select it on the map.
• After filling in the address, you will find out the approximate cost of ordering a taxi online. If the price of the trip suits you, click on the "order a taxi" button.
• Within 5-10 minutes you will receive a voice notification notifying you that the car has arrived at the specified destination.
• After completing the trip, the application will indicate the final amount of the fare. Driver and vehicle information.
• You can pay for the fare in cash or by bank card through the terminal to the driver. Online payments will be available soon.
We also offer another way to order a taxi:
• By short number 0655.
• You can contact the dispatcher both from a landline phone and from a mobile phone.
• After calling the car to the specified address, two SMS messages will be sent to your phone. The first will confirm the order, and the second will notify that the taxi has arrived at the address you specified.
• After completing the trip, your phone will receive a third message, which will indicate the final amount of the fare.
