A meeting was held at the Mejlis of Turkmenistan with the Vice-President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly

On April 1, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan hosted a meeting between the Chairman of the Mejlis, Dunyagozel Gulmanova, and the Vice-President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Reinhold Lopatka.

During the meeting, Chairperson of the Mejlis D. Gulmanova noted that the development of cooperation with international organizations, including the OSCE, is one of the important areas of foreign policy, and interaction with this organization is expanding in new directions.

At the meeting, the key directions of the global security strategy promoted by our country were discussed, as well as issues such as the use of diplomacy tools in resolving various international situations through political and diplomatic means, as well as the importance of a culture of dialogue.

During the negotiations, it was emphasized that the activities of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe contribute to ensuring peace and security throughout the world, joint discussion of important issues and the search for positive solutions.
